Our Mission

It is our mission to secure the future of class 50 locomotives, and operate them when this is possible, for the benefit of the public.

We aim to educate by sharing our experience of the preserving, operating and exhibiting of our fleet of locomotives, while highlighting their historical and scientific significance. 

​

A volunteer-based organisation, we encourage an inclusive and eco-conscious approach and offer opportunites to all.
